Formu gönderdiğinizde şunları alırız: adınız, otelin adı, oda sayısı, varsa PMS'iniz, e-posta adresiniz ya da telefonunuz, varsa mesajınız, seçtiğiniz dil, gönderim zamanı ve tarayıcınızın kendini tanıttığı satır (user agent).When you send the form we receive: your name, the hotel's name, the number of rooms, your PMS if given, your e-mail or phone, your message if given, the language you chose, when you sent it, and the line your browser identifies itself with (user agent).

Bunları yalnızca size dönmek ve demo görüşmesini ayarlamak için kullanırız. Hukuki sebep, sizin talebinizle başlayan bir sözleşme öncesi görüşmedir (KVKK md. 5/2-c). Pazarlama listesine eklenmez, kimseye satılmaz.We use them only to reply to you and set up the demo call. The legal basis is the pre-contract conversation you started with your request (KVKK Art. 5/2-c). They are not added to a marketing list and never sold.

Nerede tutulurWhere it is kept

Talep, Cloudflare'in veri deposunda (Workers KV) saklanır ve bir kopyası Cloudflare e-posta yönlendirmesiyle ekibimizin Gmail (Google) kutusuna gönderilir. Bu iki hizmetin sunucuları Türkiye dışında olabilir; formu göndererek verinin bu amaçla yurt dışına aktarılmasına açık rıza vermiş olursunuz (KVKK md. 9). İstemezseniz formu kullanmadan hello@leonn.app adresine yazabilirsiniz.The request is stored in Cloudflare's data store (Workers KV), and a copy is sent through Cloudflare e-mail routing to our team's Gmail (Google) inbox. These services may run on servers outside Turkey; by sending the form you give explicit consent to that transfer for this purpose (KVKK Art. 9). If you'd rather not, write to hello@leonn.app instead of using the form.

Ziyaretleri Cloudflare Web Analytics ile yalnızca toplam sayılar olarak görürüz; tek bir ziyaretçi izlenmez. Cloudflare, siteyi saldırılardan korumak için IP adresi gibi bağlantı bilgilerini işler.The site sets no cookies. The language you pick (TR or EN) is kept only in your own browser and never sent to us. We see visits through Cloudflare Web Analytics as totals only; no single visitor is tracked. Cloudflare processes connection details such as IP addresses to protect the site from attacks.
